She Was Never Mine - 4

It rained the first time I saw you, That rose bloomed the second you turned and look back, The first rain drop on my lips the moment You smiled, I fell in love with You once again,  the time you look into my eyes saying, “I still have feelings for You!”

Walkouts!

She always had detested departures. She hated them because it was one of the most difficult and complicated thing for her. She was awkward with her byes; rather she opted for abrupt closures. The each defined departure of her life was profoundly imprinted on her heart. The eternal hopes in eyes of someone to met or see her again haunted her gravely.

Her silence was disturbing him. She wasn’t his to be saved yet he wanted to protect her from whole cruel world and agonies. He inclined that even once he could read what was going on inside that maintained calm mind. To him she had been a total mystical book which has been read only till one page. Further turning pages were out of question as the first page itself has been completely full of puzzles. The only hope he had was his care which could do some delightful changes in her. Does he even want to change her? She was devastatingly perfect in her own way. Her chirruping has been at end because of reasons and he knew no one including him could justify end of it or sort it out except herself. He left time to define those reasons and decided not to ask her. He never knew he had been committing a mistake which could ever be reversed.

He placed that wavy moist curl behind her ear gazing directly into her eyes. She stared back with the same intensity encouraging him to accomplish what he had on his mind. Her captive glance was vigorously intimate. Holding his feelings back was impossible as those fluttering eyelashes appeared to have a fall and rise. Tracing his fingerprints across her face he sealed his lips with hers. A magical feel claimed superiority on all his senses. His senses were too baffled to be retrieved so soon, all he was left with was bewilderment and blissfulness. She was there just to be absolutely his. He again gazed upon her eyes for confirmation. All he was conveyed was beyond any expectation. He again led his fingers to her lips realizing it was reality and no delusion. A faint smile arose on her lips like she heard exact words he has been thinking of. She snuggled in his arms which feared him that she might hear his raising heartbeats. Her fingers trailed across his forehead and she watched hi...

Dreams!

Her only companions of tonight were rain and those gracious tears. Picking up her stole she went to the balcony draping herself to prevent from that cold piercing breeze. Her mind was still busy analyzing the results of dream she woke up from. The strange part was very first time it was a dream rather than the usual nightmares. She had reverie of that stranger, who made her always smile. She was trying to put the pieces together of whatever she remembered. The influence was so dominant that even her hallucinations surrendered unfurling the dream in front of her open eyes. The first thing she felt was his eyes on her. They reflected her pain in them. Lightning brought her back to present and that vision dissolved in the screen of rain. She tried hard to fell asleep but the moment she closed her eyes she felt she was been watched continuously. His eyes had million shades each conveyed what he wanted for her, them. Decoding those shades would raise the undefined cyclone, which would eit...

Photographs!

She was astonished realizing how blissful they looked together. Her fingertips traced across the prints, and memories came alive. Their smiles reflected in each other’s. She wondered at facts how the moments can be captured in single click and keep reviving the veins with happiness forever whenever you look at them. How easily a photograph retain those twinkles in eyes, smiles never fading, never altering moments, disheveled perfections, sparkling colors, joys, pains, embarking start of an adventure, frozen times or end of a wonderful story. She opted for being behind the camera rather being in front but their photographs always tempted her to be in frames with him. She turned around the photograph and smiled at the caption she wrote, “And It Started!” Captioning each photograph with date and time was their favorite thing. She started going through the captions one after another. She finally picked up the ones he had captioned. “Her-Being in one-sided love is worthwhile!” “Intoxicatio...

Fear!

She was deeply engrossed in reading a novel, for a moment her eyelashes bowed, she all of sudden saw his face which wasn’t vague at all. Though he wasn’t in the room his presence was so prominent all across. She felt his eyes on her with that never ending straight from heart intent gaze as always. It was a momentary lapse she lost her all attention to thinking about him prolonging it to beyond times. These feelings were new to her. She had never been addicted to company of anyone rather than books. Infatuations or cravings for particular person or thing never had been her fixation. Cherishing and missing memories was the thing she pursued instead. She gazed at clock realizing it was past three in morning, and this was totally recent that she was acutely missing him. Before meeting him she always conveyed time was the important factor in deepening bonds, but her theory and perspectives were lost the instant they first connected being in that never ending stunning drizzle. Time had even...
